5D Cancellation Policy

At 5D Dieting, we understand that life can be unpredictable and your circumstances may change. We have designed our cancellation policy to be as accommodating as possible while ensuring that we can continue to provide high-quality service to all our clients.

Cancellation Timeframe and Refunds:

More than 30 days before program start date: Full refund minus a 10% administrative fee.

15-30 days before program start date: 50% refund.

Less than 15 days before program start date: No refunds available.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule your program start date once, at no additional cost, provided you notify us at least 15 days before the original start date.

Rescheduling within 15 days of the program start date will incur a 20% rescheduling fee.

No-Show Policy:

Failure to attend the program without prior notification will be treated as a no-show and will result in forfeiture of the full program fee.

Medical or Family Emergencies:

In the case of a medical or family emergency, we may provide a credit for a future program. This is subject to proof of emergency and at the discretion of 5D Dieting management.

Subscription-Based Services:

For ongoing subscription-based services, you may cancel at any time. However, the current month’s subscription will not be refunded.

Processing Time:

Refund requests will be processed within 30 days of the cancellation notice.
